We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. All orders are shipped via Swiss Post.

Standard Shipping within Switzerland:

Shipping is currently free for all orders within Switzerland, regardless of order value.
3. Membership Deliveries
Monthly membership packs are shipped during the third week of each month.
This schedule allows us to ensure consistent quality, proper handling, and optimal storage conditions for every shipment.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on shipping volume and location.
Standard Shipping:
Approx. 1–3 business days within Switzerland
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (such as shipping carriers) are outside our control.
5. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within Switzerland.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us immediately at:
Damaged Items:
Please send photos of the damaged products as well as the packaging so we can review the situation and provide a solution.
Lost Packages:
If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
8. Returns & Complaints
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
